BATTERY WARRANTY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS & CLAIMS
This warranty covers defective workmanship and materials only.
Claims must be made as soon as the purchaser becomes aware of the alleged defect.
The warranty covers the battery only. Any consequential or transport costs are excluded.
The battery must be returned in reasonably good physical condition i.e. labels not faded, scratched or torn and casing not cracked, bumped, scratched, pierced or otherwise damaged.
The warranty ends immediately a replacement is made.
This is a full warranty but becomes prorated after one month of purchases.
By purchasing our battery, you are deemed to have agreed to all our warranty terms and conditions. This warranty is not transferable.
Claims will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:
Proof of purchase cannot be provided.
When the charging system is not tested and recorded.
Warranty sticker is tampered with
The battery has been fitted to a vehicle for which it was not intended.
The battery was incorrectly installed or maintained.
If the battery is opened or the post terminals are damaged or melted, bent, twisted, chipped, or otherwise distorted/damaged.
The battery is discharged and can be recharged and returned to service.
The battery is dry which indicates overcharging or tipping over.
The battery casing is cracked or otherwise damaged.
The battery is not properly secured on the battery plate.
The battery has been damaged due to charging system failure, abuse, accident or other causes.
The battery is sulphated due to long term discharge.
Battery fitted must meet the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s specifications in particular with regards to the ampere hour and cold cranking amp rating.
